I am an LCSW/Behavioral Health Therapist who received my MSW at Metro State University, Denver. Since 2016 I have worked in a variety of mental health settings supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, PTSD, Bipolar disorder and interpersonal relationship issues. I primarily work from a Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed perspective, and utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, MI and Mindfulness.
